Frequently asked questions
Will my customers see the GMBQrcode name?
Your site, sign-up pages and customer dashboard carry your brand name, logo, colors and support details.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point a subdomain you own, such as reviews.youragency.com, at the platform with two DNS records (a CNAME and a TXT). The partner dashboard shows you exactly which ones.
Who supports my customers?
You do. Your support email and phone are shown to your customers. We support you as our partner.
How is the commission billed?
At the start of each month we issue an invoice for the previous month with a secure Razorpay payment link. Pay within 2 days. If it stays unpaid after that, your site is paused until you pay, and service resumes as soon as you do.
Is there a signup fee?
No. You only pay the monthly commission on what you sell.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. Preview your site from the partner dashboard before launch. You can use Razorpay test keys while you set up, but your site takes payments only after you switch to live keys.
How are my Razorpay keys kept safe?
Your Razorpay key secret is encrypted before it is stored and is never shown again, not even to you. Payments go straight from your customers to your Razorpay account.
What happens to my customers if I stop?
Their renewals are cancelled, and customers who already paid keep their service until the end of the period they paid for.
